1. I will not recreate every set I post. It is very difficult for me to recreate a set perfectly. If you want a set I have posted, message me and we can discuss how to make it happen. If I choose not to recreate a set I can offer you a set that is similar.
2. All Tier 2 nails must be Short-Medium length only. I will no longer be offering XS in this tier.
3. All Tier 3 nails must be Medium length only. I will no longer be offering XS & Short in this tier.

How long do orders take to fulfill?

Orders can take 1-4 weeks to be completed. Including the time to design the set. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 days. 

How do I find my nail size?

There are two options

1. You can order a sizing kit on my store for the most accurate sizing. 
2. You can follow the tutorial posted on my Instagram on how to measure your nails at home.

I lost my nail, can you replace it?

In most cases yes, I can. The only time I will not replace a nail is if it's character art. As it is incredibly difficult for me to recreate that one-to-one. Just message me on Instagram and we can discuss pricing and details.

My nails are lost in the mail?

Once nails have been shipped out I have no control over them. Get in touch with me and I will try my best to track them down for you and help you get in touch with customer support. 

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! every set is reusable with proper care. 

Can I return my nails?

Returns are currently not offered. Thank you for understanding.
